Michelle Gladieux opened Gladieux Consulting in 1995 with a conflict management seminar series in the manufacturing industry. The company has grown in the past 10+ years to have national and international reach, serving for-profit companies in all industries, government teams, and non-profit organizations. Michelle is the President and lead trainer in the company, with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Industrial Technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette.
Michelle teaches management concepts in graduate and undergraduate courses weekly as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana-Purdue Univ. and Indiana Institute of Technology. She enjoys teaching in the MBA program at Indiana Tech, and has taught graduate level Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Michelle regularly contributes articles to national and international business magazines and has hands-on leaders experience in corporate HR settings, including roles as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and Training at a construction and warehousing group and a Manager of Training and Development for a robotics company.
Since 1995, the company has expanded to offer clients engaging, effective, personally customized training seminars in over a dozen topics. GC also offers consulting services in all areas of team development and company surveys. Michelle enjoys keynote speaking requests at leadership events around the nation and more recently, internationally.
