Client Spotlight - Grabill Cabinet Company
Over 55 years ago when Villas Schertz built simple wooden cases to hold dishes for homemakers of his small community, he knew he was crafting for his friends.
He would be visiting them and see his handiwork in their homes. So, he took care to give attention to the small details that give a simple cabinet longevity.
That philosophy has grown into a company now providing employment for 200+ people with dealers in 18 states.
Grabill Cabinet Company has partnered with Gladieux Consulting since 2002 to build
leadership and communication skills at their manufacturing facility in Grabill, Indiana.
Together, we've accomplished significant training results in topics including
Train the Trainer, Interviewing & Hiring Strategies, Coaching, Training & Documenting
("Excelling as a Grabill Cabinet Company Leader"), Time Management, and Supervisory
Communication Skills.
Grabill Cabinet Company chose to target its current leadership team of approximately 25 foremen, supervisors, and managers first
as we rolled out a training plan of half-day seminars focused on maintaining positive employer-employee relationships. Immediately we
recognized these leaders and soon-to-be leaders as unique because of their outstanding work ethic and enthusiasm for learning.
